-          <\/span><\/span>Electricity for the period in question will be at the tendered price. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Fourth            <\/span><\/span><\/b>Method and place of purchase<\/span><\/b><\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The Supplier is obliged to deliver the complete specified power diagram that the Client provides daily, in the day-ahead transaction reporting process.<\/span><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The place of purchase execution is within the Montenegro Electricity System (EES) \u2013 internal trade with the code A02, or at the border \u2013 external trade with the code A03, where the bidder secures 100% of the cross-border capacity at the Montenegrin border.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

V.            <\/span><\/span><\/b>Conditions and eligibility of the bidder<\/span><\/b><\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/b><\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Mandatory conditions for participation in the public tendering procedure<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/b><\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Only a tenderer who:<\/span><\/b><\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

-          <\/span><\/span>holds a licence for the production, supply, or trade in electricity, or an act from a competent authority confirming its status as a participant in the electricity market or on an electricity exchange in the European Union or in the countries signatory to the Treaty on the Functioning of the Energy Community;<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

-          <\/span><\/span>supplied at least 60 GWh of electricity during 2019;<\/span><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

Proof of qualification is a valid licence or an act issued by the competent authority, as well as a certificate of electricity supply, certified by the competent Transmission System Operator or Market Operator.<\/span><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

-          <\/span><\/span>Lowest offered price (EUR\/MWh);<\/span>                                                                                  <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

VII.            <\/span><\/span><\/b>Language of the offer <\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The Montenegrin language and languages in official use in Montenegro \u2013 Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Eighth            <\/span><\/span><\/b>Tender submission deadline and location<\/span><\/b><\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Bids (form in Annex I) are to be submitted on weekdays between 08:00 and 14:00, no later than 11:00 on 26 May 2020.30<\/sup> lessons, by immediate delivery to the client's archives, address:<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The offer is submitted in a sealed envelope on which is written Invitation to Tender No. 5 for <\/i><\/span>procurement of electricity to cover losses in the transmission system for periods: <\/o_p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

01.01.2022 - 31.12.2022<\/o_p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/i> and<\/o_p><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

  stated 'Do not open before the public opening of bids. <\/i><\/span>A timely submission is a submission that is delivered within the time specified in the invitation to tender.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Ninth            <\/span><\/span><\/b>Time and place of the public opening of bids<\/span><\/b><\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The public opening of tenders, which may be attended by authorised representatives of the tenderers with an attached power of attorney signed by an authorised person, will be held after the deadline for the submission of tenders, on 26 May 2020 at 12:00.00 <\/sup>Classes, address: Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD, Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 18, Podgorica.<\/o_p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

X.            <\/span><\/span><\/b>Deadline for making a decision on the selection of the most favourable offer, or a decision to terminate the procurement procedure: 27<\/span><\/b>5th May 2020.<\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/b>The client reserves the right to cancel the procedure in the event of unsuitable bids. <\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Eleventh            <\/span><\/span><\/b>Contract and guarantee <\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The decision on the selection of the most favourable tender, or the decision to terminate the procurement procedure, will be delivered to the tenderers within three days of the date of its adoption.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The draft Electricity Supply Agreement is attached.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

When submitting an offer, the bidder submits Bank's letter of intent to issue a guarantee <\/b>to the bidder, that in the event of the award of the contract, they will issue a guarantee in the amount of \u20ac50,000.00 as a guarantee for the proper execution of the contract.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

To secure performance of the Contract, the Supplier shall provide a Bank Guarantee for the sum of \u20ac50,000.00 for the proper execution of the contract, to be submitted no later than the date of signing the Contract. The guarantee must be unconditional and payable on demand, with a validity period of 30 days after the completion of the delivery within the specified period.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The electricity supply contract will be signed by CGES, upon submission of a Bank Guarantee for the proper performance of the contract, in the specified amount of \u20ac50,000. <\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

XII.            <\/span><\/span><\/b>Payment<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/b>Payment for the electricity consumed will be made fifteen days from the date of receipt of the invoice.<\/span><\/p>\n
