2) proof issued by the authority competent for tax matters (the state and local authorities) that all obligations for taxes and contributions have been duly declared, calculated and paid up to 90 days prior to the date of public tender opening, in accordance with the regulations of Montenegro, or the regulations of the country in which the tenderer is headquartered;<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The supplier is required to provide an ISO 14001 certificate \u2013 Cleaning and Hygiene Maintenance Services for Commercial Premises. <\/o_p><\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

\u00fd<\/span> Statements of intent and subject matter of the subcontracting, with a list of subcontractors, or sub-suppliers, including their full details (name, address, percentage participation, etc.).<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

8. Validity of the offer<\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The public opening of bids, which may be attended by authorised representatives of the bidders with an attached power of attorney signed by an authorised person, will be held on 23 January 2018 at 12:00 noon, at the premises of the Montenegrin Transmission System at the address <\/span>18 St. Petar Cetinjski Boulevard, Podgorica.<\/span><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting bids has been shortened to 22 days due to the importance and urgency of this public procurement, owing to the need for continuous maintenance of hygiene in the Client's facilities, particularly in the substations with 24-hour crew presence. <\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n
