The public opening of tenders, which may be attended by authorised representatives of the tenderers with an attached power of attorney signed by an authorised person, will be held on 19 June 2017 at 12:00 noon, at the premises of the Montenegrin Electricity Transmission System at the address <\/span>18 St. Petar Cetinjski Boulevard, Podgorica.<\/span> <\/span><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting bids has been shortened from 37 to 23 days due to the urgency of this public procurement. <\/span>In order for existing and newly installed SCADA systems in substations to function adequately, it is essential to provide them with an uninterrupted power supply, both for the safety of the equipment itself and for the continuous collection of information. Any loss of the 0.4 kV AC supply at the substations causes the local SCADA system to lose power, posing a risk to the installed equipment and resulting in the loss of collected data. <\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

Article 14 Deadline for making a decision on the selection of the most favourable offer <\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
