c)      <\/span><\/span>Report on the US<\/span>carry out on foot <\/span>by type testing of an equivalent (similar) transformer, as proof of the transformer's ability to withstand the thermal and dynamic effects of an external short circuit without damage, <\/span>issued by an accredited <\/span>laboratories<\/span>;<\/span><\/o_p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Equivalent (s<\/span><\/i>personal) transformer <\/span><\/i>is<\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/i>defined <\/span><\/i>according to the standard <\/span><\/i>IEC 60076-5\/2006, as: a transformer which has the same type of operation, the same conceptual design, the same layout and geometric sequences of the main windings, the same type of winding conductor, the same type of main windings, the same absorbed short-circuit power between 30% and 130% of that of the reference transformer, the axial forces and stresses occurring during a short circuit, which do not exceed 120% of those of the reference transformer, the same manufacturing process and the same arrangement of terminals and windings.<\/span><\/i><\/o_p><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n
