3) prove that he or his legal representative has not been convicted by a final judgment for any of the criminal offences of organised crime involving corruption, money laundering and fraud;<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

4) has a permit, licence, approval or other authorisation to carry out the activity that is the subject of the public procurement, if this is required by a special law.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

Proof of compliance with mandatory requirements<\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Compliance with the mandatory requirements is demonstrated by providing:<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

1) proof of registration with the competent authority for the registration of business entities, with details of the bidder's authorised representatives;<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

2) a certificate issued by the tax authority confirming that all tax and contribution obligations have been duly declared, calculated and paid up to 90 days prior to the date of the public tender opening, in accordance with the regulations of Montenegro, or the regulations of the country in which the tenderer is headquartered;<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

3) a certificate from the competent authority issued on the basis of the criminal record, which must not be older than six months as of the date of the public opening of bids;<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

4) proof of possession of a valid permit, licence, approval, or other act issued by the competent authority, namely:<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The Client has addressed the Engineering Chamber of Montenegro, which, by act number 01-1732\/3 of 21.04.2016, has stated that bidders in the subject public procurement procedure are obliged to submit the licences listed below:<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

A company, a legal entity, or a sole trader must hold licences for: <\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

Installation of high-voltage electrical installations<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

Installation of low-current electrical systems <\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The supplier, i.e. the company, legal entity or entrepreneur, must have engineers on its staff who hold licences for:<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

Supervision of the installation of high-current electrical installations<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

Supervision of the installation of low-current electrical installations <\/o_p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

8. Validity of the offer<\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The validity period of the offer is <\/span>90 <\/span>(ninety) days from the date of public opening of bids.<\/o_p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Article 14 Deadline for making a decision on the selection of the most favourable offer <\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The decision on the selection of the most favourable offer will be made within 90 (ninety) days from the date of the public opening of bids.<\/span><\/o_p><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a8<\/span> a guarantee for the proper performance of the contract in the amount of <\/span>5% <\/span>of the value of the contract <\/span>with an expiry date<\/span> <\/span>thirty <\/span>calendar<\/span> <\/span>delivered later than the agreed deadline <\/span>for the performance of the contract<\/span>.<\/o_p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a8<\/span> Advance guarantee with a term <\/span>30 (thirty) calendar days longer than the contract's performance period.<\/span><\/o_p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The bidder whose bid is selected as the most advantageous must provide, 24 hours before the expiry of the bid bond, the following:<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n
