The Executive Director of CGES, <b>Ivan Asanovi\u0107<\/b> and <\/span><b><span>Stefan Klikovac<i>, <\/i><\/span><\/b><span>on behalf of Qair Montenegro, signed the Agreement on the construction of the connection infrastructure and connection of the solar power plant Rudine, with a capacity of 50.13 MW, to the transmission system.<\/span><span><o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>Representatives of CGES and the investor<\/span><b><i><span> <\/span><\/i><\/b><span>Qair Montenegro<b><i>,<\/i><\/b><\/span><span> expressed their satisfaction with the signed agreement, emphasising the importance of investing in renewable energy sources and their impact on the country's economic and environmental sustainability.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>The solar power plant Rudine, worth around 40 million euros, will significantly contribute to the increase in clean energy generation and the reduction of harmful gas emissions. The project is part of a broader sustainable development strategy, and its implementation represents a step forward in the energy transition.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>It is expected that the solar power plant Rudine will be operational by the end of 2028, when it will be connected to the transmission system <\/span><span>, and the connection location has been determined in accordance with the results of the analysis and is located on the 110 kV busbars in SS (220)\/110\/35kV Vilusi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>Qair Montenegro is<\/span><span> part of the QAIR group, which is engaged in renewable energy sources, financing, construction, and operation of capacities that deal with the generation of solar and wind energy and from waste, energy storage and green hydrogen generation. The QAIR group has a generation capacity of one gigawatt (GW) of installed power, while 660 employees work on the development of a portfolio with a power of 34 GW, in 20 countries of Europe, Latin America and Africa.
