The Shareholders\u2019 Assembly also elected members of the Board of Directors, Terna\u2019s representatives Giovanni Cerchiarini and Carlo Crea, while Jelena Mateji\u0107 will represent Elektromre\u017ea\u00ad Sr\u00adbi\u00adje in this convocation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">At the constitutive meeting of the Board of Directors of CGES, which was held on the same day, Ve\u00adsna Bra\u00adca\u00adno\u00advi\u0107 was appointed as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, while the Giovanni Cerchiarini was appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">At the meeting, after the expiry of his four-year mandate, former Executive Director Ivan Bulatovi\u0107 was removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Dragan Kujovi\u0107 was appointed as the new Executive Director of CGES, which previously covered the function of State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy. Prior he performed significant functions such as Assistant Minister of Economy, Chairman of the Assets and Liabilities Management Board of the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro, Chairman of the Board of Directors of A.D.
