{"id":7690,"date":"2019-06-25T11:05:59","date_gmt":"2019-06-25T11:05:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cges.me\/vijest-i-dogadjaj\/vesna-bracanovic-reizabrana-na-funkciju-predsjednice-odbora-direktora-cges-a\/"},"modified":"2026-01-22T01:14:56","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T01:14:56","slug":"vesna-bracanovic-reizabrana-na-funkciju-predsjednice-odbora-direktora-cges-a","status":"publish","type":"vijest-i-dogadjaj","link":"https:\/\/cges.me\/en\/vijest-i-dogadjaj\/vesna-bracanovic-reizabrana-na-funkciju-predsjednice-odbora-direktora-cges-a\/","title":{"rendered":"Vesna Bracanovi\u0107 re-elected as Chair of the CGES Board of Directors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>Today, the tenth ordinary General Assembly of the Montenegrin Electricity Transmission System AD was held in Podgorica, at which<span> <\/span>shareholders<span> <\/span>unanimously adopted the CGES's report on its activities for the past year and the financial statements with the independent auditor's report<\/span><span>.<span> <\/span><o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>As regards the Decision on the distribution of CGES's net profit for 2018, which amounts to<span> <\/span>EUR 4.2 million, it was decided to add to the unallocated, i.e. <span> <\/span>Accumulated profit from previous years.<\/span><span><o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>For the CGES auditor <span> <\/span>PricewaterhouseCoopers was selected for 2019.<span> <\/span><o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>During the continuation of the Assembly, the shareholders discharged the members of the CGES Board of Directors and subsequently elected new members. <span>Alongside <b>Vesna Bracanovi\u0107<\/b>,<\/span><\/span> <span> <\/span><span>State representatives<span> <\/span>are: <b>Tamara Ivkovi\u0107,<\/b> <span> <\/span><b>Zoran Miljani\u0107<\/b>, whose mandates have been renewed <span> <\/span>i <span> <\/span><b>Kemal Omerovi\u0107<\/b>, a new member of the Board of Directors.
