{"id":7722,"date":"2017-07-03T06:01:30","date_gmt":"2017-07-03T06:01:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cges.me\/vijest-i-dogadjaj\/vesna-bracanovic-predsjednica-odbora-direktora-cges-a\/"},"modified":"2026-01-22T01:22:43","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T01:22:43","slug":"vesna-bracanovic-predsjednica-odbora-direktora-cges-a","status":"publish","type":"vijest-i-dogadjaj","link":"https:\/\/cges.me\/en\/vijest-i-dogadjaj\/vesna-bracanovic-predsjednica-odbora-direktora-cges-a\/","title":{"rendered":"Vesna Bracanovi\u0107, Chairwoman of the CGES Board of Directors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">On 29 June in Podgorica, it was held the eight ordinary Shareholders\u2019 Assembly of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD Podgorica, in which shareholders unanimously adopted the Operating Statement of CGES for last year, as well as financial statements with the independent auditor\u2019s report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In addition, they confirmed the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 30 May 2017 on the loan indebtedness for financing the construction of electric power infrastructure for \u201cLu\u0161tica\u201d project, as well as selection of auditor of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD Podgorica for 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KPMG was selected unanimously as auditor for this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the Decision on distribution of net profit of CGES for 2016, which amounts to \u20ac 2.436.226,00, it was anonymously decided to accumulate with the undistributed profit from previous years. <o_p><\/o_p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afterwards during the Assembly, the shareholders released, and then selected new members of the Board of Director which, on behalf of the Government, are composed of: Vesna Bracanovi\u0107, Tamara Ivkovi\u0107, Zoran Miljani\u0107 and Zoran Rako\u010devi\u0107. Representatives of Terna in the Board of Directors are Tiziano Ceccarani and Carlo Crea, while Jelena Mateji\u0107 was selected on behalf of EMS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>On the same day in Podgorica, it was held a constitutive meeting of the Board of Directors of CGES, in a new convocation.
