It is an honor to stand by the Paralympic Committee from its very beginning and to mark years of success, courage, and unity together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear Paralympians, you are not only athletes \u2013 you are agents of change who demonstrate the true meaning of strength of will and spirit.
