At 2026 Belgrade Energy Forum, one of the key panels of the second conference day \u2013 \u201cEstablishing a Robust Transmission Grid: The Essential Role of Balkan TSOs in the Green Transition\u201d \u2013 was successfully moderated by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CGES, Aleksandar Miju\u0161kovi\u0107, who lead the discussion with a clear structure and focus, deeply understanding the complexity of the challenges facing the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through a dynamic and substantive exchange of views with distinguished participants \u2013 Ivan Asanovi\u0107 (CGES), Jelena Mateji\u0107 (EMS), Aleksandar Paunovski (MEPSO), Eleni Charpantidou (TERNA ENERGY \/ Masdar), Goran Vukojevi\u0107 (GMS Consult), and Milan Vukasovic (Austrian Power Grid AG) \u2013 the panel addressed key issues related to transmission network development in the context of the energy transition, the growing share of renewable energy sources, and the need for stronger regional coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
