The shareholders of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD Podgorica are hereby informed that pursuant to the Decision on dividend payment, which was passed at the XVII Annual General Shareholders Meeting on 09 June 2026, dividends will be paid out based on the profit earned in 2025.
The total amount of gross dividend to be paid out to shareholders is € 5.700.000,00.
The gross amount of dividend per share is € 0,038994459 (the net amount is € 0,033145290).
Dividend payments will begin on 04 September 2026.
The dividend will be paid out to the shareholders of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD who owned shares on 09 June 2026, i.e. the day of the adoption of the Decision on dividend payment.
The legal entities are required to submit the payment order to the bank on the letterhead of their Company in the form available on the bank’s website www.erstebank.me in the branches of the bank and upon request via emails info@erstebank.me and dividenda@erstebank.me. If you are not depositors of Erste bank, the following documents must be submitted to the bank along with the completed payment order: the latest extract from the Central Registry of Commercial Entities, a copy of the valid specimen signature with the bank as indicated in the request, which contains the signature of the person authorized to represent, a copy of the identity document (identity card or passport) of the person authorized to represent and identity document of the order bearer in case the order is submitted by a person who is not authorized to represent.
You are required to submit the completed payment orders and other necessary documentation (shareholders who are not depositors of Erste bank Podgorica) to the following address of the bank by post or email:

For natural persons (residents) dividend will be available at every branch of Erste bank. You can withdraw dividend by presenting your valid identity document (identity card or passport).
In case a natural person (resident) cannot personally come to withdraw the dividend at the branches of Erste bank, they need to authorize a third party (authorization notarized by a notary headquartered in Montenegro) who will withdraw dividend for them.
Natural persons (non-residents) are required to provide CGES with the following documents which must be notarized:
- request for payment of dividend with clear and precise instructions for payment
- copy of identity document (identity card or passport).

Submission of Identification Documents
To ensure the secure handling and protection of personal data, copies of shareholders’ identification documents (identity card/passport) must not be submitted via unsecured electronic mail (ordinary e-mail).
Where identification documents are submitted electronically, they must be provided in an encrypted (cryptographically protected) document.
The password or key required to access the encrypted document must not be provided through the same communication channel used to send the protected document. Instead, it must be provided through a secure and separate communication channel.
