On 21 April 2026, Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD (hereinafter: “CGES”) published on its website Public Call No. 302-D/26-1164/1 inviting interested parties to participate in the public consultation on the Draft Transmission Grid Code (hereinafter: the “Draft Code”). The public consultation was conducted from 21 April to 25 May 2026.
Within the prescribed deadline, six participants submitted a total of 51 comments and suggestions regarding the Draft Code. CGES reviewed all comments and suggestions received and prepared a Public Consultation Report, containing an overview of the submissions, together with the rationale for their acceptance or non-acceptance.
