Although CGES has already had a large part of its business processes automated, as a modern 21st-century company, it has started implementing an ERP, which will ensure the use of an integrated system of applications and its components. ERP will ensure our company manages all its resources efficiently, whose Implementation requires innovative business processes, staff training, as well as technical support. Consequently, CGES has recently been operating, in compliance with all measures NKT has begun training more than 100 future users of this system.
As a reminder, CGES and the consortium of companies 'Saga' – Podgorica, 'NPS' – Belgrade and 'Čikom' – Podgorica, signed a contract in early September for the delivery and implementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and DMS (Document Management System) system, worth almost 1.4 million euros.
The fundamental benefits to be gained from implementing the new business system can be found in a complete and up-to-date day-to-day business system, quality and intelligent business analysis, as well as the establishment of a system for fast, transparent and creative reporting. We must not forget the possibility preparation of consolidated reports and an increase in data quality (belief in its truthfulness), as Foundations for proper decision-making.
With the introduction of the ERP and DMS systems, CGES will complete the digitalisation of its operations.
