Montenegrin electricity transmission The system donated 11,000 euros for the purchase of IT and electronic equipment for ten educational establishments belonging to the JPU 'Ljubica Popović', thereby providing better working conditions for the nursery staff and children.
On this occasion, the Executive Director of CGES, Ivan AsanovićHe visited the 'Simba' nursery in Podgorica and officially handed over a valuable donation, which was received by the director on behalf of the 'Ljubica Popović' Nursery. Vesna Nikolić.
Executive Director Asanović said that the Montenegrin Transmission System continuously invests in knowledge, education, sport, environmental protection, and humanitarian actions, and that it, without exception, gives priority to projects that promote true values.
"We believe that with this donation, we have made the work easier for the very people who care about the future of our society, about our children. We have continued to invest in the upbringing and education of our youngest, and I am immensely happy that this particular collective was our choice," emphasised Director Asanović.etc.
Director Ljubica Popović said that from today an era of digitalisation begins at the JPU "Ljubica Popović" and that, with the donated funds, they will be fully prepared to meet the challenges ahead. Popović emphasised that the pre-school establishments are participating in the programme. Digital School, created in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the UNICEF representation in Montenegro, which represents a treasure trove of diverse and high-quality educational content for children, adolescents, their parents, educators and teachers.
"Thanks to the donation of computers and smart TVs from CGES, our educators will find the process of introducing and familiarising children with the digital world significantly easier, in line with the goals of early years education," emphasised Director Nikolić.
The valuable donation is the first step towards the digitalisation of pre-school establishments, and it is of particular importance that the wider community recognises the importance of the challenges faced by them. ...are the challenges facing educational institutions in Montenegro. By providing support in the form of some of the missing equipment, the entire education system is improved and the development of services that facilitate education, communication and collaboration is encouraged.
