The newly-built children's playground in Gornji Grbalj, which cost 14 thousand euros, is not just a space for play, but also an oasis of unforgettable moments for the ever-increasing number of children in the area.

This was announced during a tour of the playground, which was built thanks to a donation. Montenegrin Electricity Transmission System (CGES), which were visited today by representatives of the company, the local community of Gornji Grbalj and the Tourist Organisation of Kotor.

President of the CGES Board of Directors, Aleksandar Mijušković, He said that the company's commitment to the community and dedication to socially responsible business clearly demonstrate the importance of investing in the happiness and development of the community's youngest members.

We selflessly provide support and contribute to creating a better environment for our children. This initiative is part of our ongoing, responsible and dedicated commitment to strengthening the communities in which we operate. The donation that made the playground possible is part of our broader commitment to social responsibility,' stated Mijušković.

He also reminded them that the social responsibility of CGES includes activities that contribute to the community, the environment and society.

"This includes supporting local communities, sustainable business practices and involvement in humanitarian projects," specified Mijušković, stating that they will continue to contribute to society and the community through socially responsible business practices.

Representative of the local community of Gornji Grbalj, Radosav Tujković, He pointed out the importance of the second playground in that community.

"This valuable donation is not just a gift, but also a symbol of care and attention for our children. Given the dynamic development of our area, with many new buildings and a constant increase in the number of inhabitants, such steps are of vital importance. We thank CGES for this donation," stated Tujković.

Director of the Kotor Tourist Organisation, Jovan Ristić, He highlighted the organisation's commitment to humanitarian projects, emphasising that they allocate significant funds to support them each year.

In our ongoing engagement, we support all companies, both private and state-owned, that operate in our area. We call on them to follow our example and for us to contribute together to the realisation of such humanitarian projects. If each of us contributes according to our abilities, we can together build a society that is moving in the right direction," said Ristić.

He said that he expects there will be more similar initiatives in the future.

"We are convinced that, by working together, we can improve the outlook for the society in which we live," said Ristić.
