Director of CGES Dragan Kujović, On that occasion, it was reminded, that Podgorica, or then-Titograd, was the greenest city among the capitals of the republics of the former Yugoslavia, expressed satisfaction with the Capital City initiative, and that CGES, as a socially responsible company, had agreed to be part of the project and to provide support in line with the company's capabilities. "Our intention is, on the one hand, to make a concrete contribution by purchasing 22 trees which will be planted today, and on the other hand, to raise awareness of the importance of preserving the environment and investing in it. So, as far as CGES is concerned, we will always support such and similar initiatives and I hope "This will be just one in a series of realised projects," concluded Kujović.

Mayor of Podgorica, Dr Ivan Vuković, he pointed out, that the Montenegrin Electricity Transmission System (CGES) was the first to respond and has so far invested the largest amount as a socially responsible company that has shown an interest in helping us with the realisation of this project. Although the 'My Tree' app was only officially launched two weeks ago, we have already sold saplings worth over €10,000, which means that Podgorica will receive over 100 new saplings in the next ten days," emphasised Mayor Vuković. calling on all citizens to preserve green spaces".

Representative of the company "Amplitudio" Boris Ristović expressed satisfaction that after a year of planning, this application is finally getting under way. "As long-standing residents of Zabjelo, we are all the more pleased that we are starting right here, from this park," said Ristović, adding that representatives of the 'Amplitudo' Company are heading to Lisbon, where it is expected to present this project at one of the largest conferences, thereby gaining recognition for it beyond our country's borders.

Director of City Greening Radmila Vujošević She pointed out that Zelenilo and the Capital City, in addition to this location, have put forward, in cooperation with the company Amplitudo four more locations where 206 trees will be planted in the first round. "In addition to a very good collaboration with the NGO sector and socially responsible companies, in regular activities this year alone we have planted over 280 mature trees and over 1,000 saplings for afforestation, and we have also created over eight thousand square metres of new green space.
