This project provides CGES with a modern system for monitoring and control of Montenegro's electricity system, as well as a complete system for analysis of the EES, in both real-time and study modes. A supervisory and control architecture has been established, consisting of two parallel, independent centres in a primary and back-up configuration, located at two physically separate sites: the National Dispatch Centre (NDC) and the Reserve Dispatch Centre (RDC).
