Today, the Board of Directors of the Montenegrin Transmission System for Electricity, at a meeting chaired by Aleksandar Mijušković, in accordance with the Law on Commercial Companies and the Statute of CGES, appointed Ivan Asanović, M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, the former acting Chief Executive Officer, to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Ivan Asanović's significant business experience, as well as his continuous professional development, led the members of the CGES Board of Directors to unanimously decide on his appointment to this position.
The Executive Director is appointed for a period of four years.
