NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Shareholders of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD Podgorica are hereby notified that, pursuant to the Decision on the payment of dividends passed at the 16th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25 June 2025, a dividend will be paid based on the realised

to receive in 2024.

The total gross dividend payable to shareholders amounts to 5,000,000.00 €.

The gross dividend per share is 0.034205666 € (the net amount is 0.029074816 €).

The dividend payment will begin on 28 August 2025.

The dividend will be paid to the shareholders of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD who held shares on 25 June 2025, that is, on the day the decision on the distribution of the dividend is made.

Legal entities should send a payment order to the Bank, on the company's letterhead and in the form available on the bank's website. www.erstebank.me, in its network of branches and on request via e-mail '8211' info@erstebank.me i dividenda@erstebank.me. If you are not a depositor of Erste Bank, the following documentation must be provided to the Bank along with the completed payment order: the latest extract from the CRPS; a copy of the current depositary signature card from the bank specified in the request, which contains the signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the depositor; a copy of the identity document (identity card or passport) of the person authorised to act and the identification document of the holder of the instruction, in the event that the instruction is submitted by a person who is not authorised to act.

For private individuals, dividends will be available at all Erste Bank branches. You can collect your dividend with a valid form of identification (identity card or passport).

If a natural person (resident) is unable to collect the dividend in person at Erste Bank branches, they must authorise a third party (with a power of attorney notarised by a notary public in Montenegro) to collect the dividend on their behalf.

Natural persons (non-residents) are required to submit the following documents to CGES, which must be notarised:

's missing a request for dividend payment with clear and accurate payment instructions;

's missing a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).
