Advertisement for a Vacancy: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, under the following conditions:
Ø Number of perpetrators: 1
Ø Period of engagement: A fixed-term employment contract until the expiry of the mandate, lasting for 4 years from the date of registration in the Central Register of Business Entities.

Conditions for employment:
Pored opštih uslova predviđenih Zakonom o radu (Sl. list CG br. 74/19, 8/21, 59/21, 68/21 i 145/21), kandidat mora ispunjavati i sledeće uslove:
Ø Level of education and professional qualifications: Higher professional education amounting to 240 CSPK credits, Faculty of Technical Sciences or Faculty of Social Sciences
Work experience:
Ø 5 years' experience at the required level of education and professional qualification
Preference is given to candidates with:
Ø with a minimum of 3 years' experience in management positions in the electricity sector
Ø Experience of working within international organisations in the electricity sector
Ø Experience in project management in the electric power industry
Other conditions:
Ø Da ispunjava uslove iz člana 172 stav 2 Zakona o privrednim društvima (Sl. list CG br. 65/20, 146/21 i 4/24) i člana 41, a u vezi člana 52 Statuta Crnogorskog elektroprenosnog sistema AD Podgorica (Za Izvršnog direktora ne može biti izabrano: 1) lice koje je osuđeno za krivična djela: protiv prava iz rada, protiv intelektualne svojine, protiv platnog prometa i privrednog poslovanja, protiv imovine i službene dužnosti, u roku od tri godine od dana pravnosnažnosti presude, s tim da se u taj period ne uračunava vrijeme provedeno na izdržavanju kazne zatvora; (Ovaj dokaz pribavlja Poslodavac u skladu sa Krivičnim zakonikom CG član 123);
2) the company's auditor or the person who was engaged in carrying out the audit of the company's financial statements;
3) a person who has been subject to a prohibition from carrying out the activity which constitutes the company's principal business, for the duration of that prohibition and
4) Member of the Company's Audit Committee.

Ø Proof of qualifications (diploma or certificate of a completed level of education and professional qualification);
Ø Medical certificate of fitness for work (general medical certificate);
Ø Certificate from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are pending against the candidate (Certificate from the Basic Court);
Ø Certificate of Montenegrin citizenship or a certified copy of a biometric identity card;
Ø Proof (certificate, certificate of competence) of the required work experience at the VII1 qualification level for a minimum of 5 years;
Ø Proof (certificate, certificate of competence) of the required work experience in management positions in the electricity sector;
Ø Proof of participation in the work of international organisations in the electricity sector;
Ø Proof of experience in project management in the electric power sector.
The candidate is required to submit the four-year work programme of the Montenegrin Transmission System Operator AD Podgorica with their application and documentation.
Candidates must provide proof of meeting the requirements for the post in question in the original or as a certified copy no older than six months.
