At the meeting held on 16 April 2026, the Board of Directors of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD adopted a decision establishing the Proposal for Determining National Maximum Capacity Thresholds for Type B, C and D Power Generating Units and Requirements for General Application of All Types of Generating Units, therefore

hereby, on 23 April 2026, issues the following:
PUBLIC INVITATION
to all interested parties to participate in the public consultation on the text of the said act by submitting opinions, comments and/or suggestions, which may be delivered to Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD by post to the address Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog no. 18, 81 000 Podgorica, or electronically to office@cges.me no later than 25 May 2026.
