CGES has opened its doors to university students who have chosen our company for a nine-month professional placement.
We hosted a reception for twelve young people, for whom this will be an excellent opportunity for their professional development, as our company encourages them to deepen their knowledge and hone their skills.
In this way, CGES has once again demonstrated its responsibility towards young people who have just stepped into the business world. In addition to the sector directors, heads of departments and closest associates from the Director's Office, they were also greeted and welcomed by Ivan Asanović, the Executive Director of CGES.
Welcome to our company. I won't be presumptuous to say that you are in the right place. Your choice was more than right, considering that CGES is one of the most important business entities in the country. I hope that these nine months will be both interesting and instructive for you, and that you will learn a great deal in the coming period, as experience shows that we provide a very good and professional training programme. You will have the support of all of us, and we are ready to pass on as much knowledge and personal experience as possible, which will stand you in good stead on your path of professional development. I have no doubt that you will also demonstrate your knowledge and creativity, because here at CGES we value the ideas of young, promising people," said Asanović.
These young people had no hesitation in choosing their employer and made no secret of their satisfaction at having selected the most significant electricity company, where, as they pointed out, they will acquire the knowledge and most important skills on their path to professional development.
