
Professional Practice Agreement signed with Secondary School of Electrical Engineering “Vaso Aligrudić”
Today, in the premises of the Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem, a Technical Cooperation Agreement has been officially signed with Secondary Electrical Engineering School “Vaso Aligrudić” from Podgorica, formalizing the continuation of successful cooperation, enabling third and fourth grade students to perform professional practice in this energy company.
This is a continuation of the partnership that began last year and has already brought extremely positive results, confirming the importance of connecting the education system and the industry.
Through practical work in the real system of electricity transmission, students will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, become familiar with modern technologies and work standards, and develop professional skills with the support of experienced mentors.
Executive Director of CGES, Ivan Asanović, emphasized that the company continuously invests in youth and the development of domestic professionals.
"For the second year in a row, we continue our cooperation with the Electrical Engineering School to mutual satisfaction. The impressions from the previous year are exceptional - the students showed a high level of knowledge, responsibility and motivation. We believe that building a strong connection between education and the energy sector is the key to a stable and secure energy future for Montenegro," said Asanović.
The school's director, Marija Babović, emphasized that this agreement has a special significance for students of the educational program - Electrical Engineer- Energy. The opportunity for students to combine theoretical knowledge with practice in a real work environment is an extremely important step in their professional development. We are grateful to CGES for the extended support and willingness to jointly contribute to the creation of quality and competitive professional staff in energy sector," said Babović. On this occasion, she invited future high school students and their parents to consider education in this direction, as one offering a stable, promising and professional future.
