The Montenegrin electricity transmission system has issued the first electronically fiskalised invoice in accordance with the new Law on Electronic Fiskalisation, thereby bringing its operations into compliance with the said law.
It is important to highlight that in this way, CGES has entered the circle of the few. companies that have already begun to implement the aforementioned law since the start of the current year, which certainly represents a step forward in the transparency of our company's business and fiscal responsibility.
The new law also introduces a novelty relating to a QR code, the scanning of which with a phone can provide information that is directly forwarded to the Tax Administration during the process of fiscalisation of a receipt.
This process is implemented thanks to the implementation of a new ERP system, thereby further enhancing CGES's business digitalisation.
