The 'Mladost' Children's Home from Bijela and the Montenegrin Electric Transmission System today marked the donation of cupboards for the needs of the men's ward of this social institution, received from this electric power company.

Over the last 10 years, in line with European standards in the field of social and child welfare, extensive work has been undertaken to renovate the premises of the 'Mladost' home, which has been in existence since 1946. With the help of a donation from CGES, for the installation of new cupboards for the boys' section, the picture of the improved living conditions for the children is complete.

The Montenegrin electricity transmission system strives to contribute to the development of the community in which it operates. It conducts its socially responsible business in all areas of life, and particularly in the part that includes the most vulnerable members of Montenegrin society – children. In this regard, Showing care and concern, and demonstrating humanity in action, CGES has this time directed its attention to the 'Mladost' Children's Home in Bijela, the only institution in Montenegro that cares for children deprived of parental care, as well as those affected by difficult family circumstances.
