Dragan Kujović – New Executive Director of CGES

At the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders CGESAt a meeting held today, 15 December 2017, the existing Board of Directors of this electricity company was dismissed and a new one appointed.


Alongside Vesna Bracanović, the government's capital will be represented by Zoran Rakčević, Tamara Ivković and Zoran Miljanić. The shareholders' meeting also elected the members of the Board of Directors, representatives of Ternia Giovanni Cerchiarinia and Karla Kreu, while Jelena Matejić will represent Elektroprivreda Srbije in this term as well.

At the constitutive meeting of the CGES Board of Directors, which was held on the same day, for Chairwoman of the Board of DirectorsHer name is Vesna Bracanovic. while the post of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors was entrusted to Giovanni Cerchiarini.

At the session, after the expiry The former Executive Director of CGES, Ivana Bulatović, has been relieved of her post after a four-year term.

Dragan Kujović has been appointed as the new Executive Director of CGES., who until now has served as State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy. Previously, he held significant positions such as Assistant Minister of Economy, Chairman of the Asset and Liability Management Committee of the Investment Development Fund of Montenegro, Chairman of the Board of Directors of A.D. OBOD – Cetinje, as well as coordinating the work of a number of working groups at the level of the Government of Montenegro.
