The Secretariat of the Coordinated Auction Offices in South-East Europe has published the Harmonised Allocation Rules (HAR) on the SEE CAO website for public consultation.

The new rules have been drawn up with a view to applying the Harmonised Auction Rules in the South-East Europe region during the 2018 auction process.
