Shareholders of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD Podgorica are hereby notified (hereinafter: CGES) that, in accordance with the Decision on the payment of dividends passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 8 June 2023, a dividend will be paid based on the profit achieved in 2022.
The total dividend payable to shareholders is 8,200,000.00 €.
The gross dividend per share is 0.05609 €, and the net amount per share is 0.04768 €.
The dividend payment will begin on 1 August 2023.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders of Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem AD who held shares on 8 June 2023, i.e. on the date the decision on dividend distribution was made.
Legal entities (residents and non-residents) should send the payment order to the bank on company letterhead and in the form available on the bank's website. www.erstebank.me, in its network of branches and on request via email info@erstebank.me i dividenda@erstebank.me. If you are not a depositor of Erste Bank, the completed payment order must be accompanied by the following documentation: the latest extract from the CRPS; a copy of the current deposit signature card from the bank specified in the request, bearing the signature of the authorised signatory; and a copy of the identification document identity card or passport) of the authorised representative and the identity document of the payee, in the event that the order is submitted by a person who is not authorised to represent. For private individuals (residents), the dividend will be available at all Erste Bank branches. You can collect the dividend with a valid form of identification (identity card or passport).
If a private individual (resident) is unable to collect the dividend in person at Erste Bank branches, they must authorise a third party (with a power of attorney certified by a notary public in Montenegro) to collect the dividend on their behalf.
Natural persons (non-residents) are required to submit the following documents to CGES, which must be notarised:
's missing a request for dividend payment with clear and accurate payment instructions;
's missing a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).
