Following constructive negotiations, the harmonisation of positions with the utmost understanding by both the management and the Trade Union, a Collective Agreement was signed at CGES on 26 May this year, which secures the rights and obligations of both the employees and the Company.
This act was signed by Ivan Bulatović, Executive Director of CGES, and Ilija Boljević, President of the Trade Union Organisation.
The collective agreement, as a written agreement between the Union and management, provides a good foundation for the further development of cooperation.
