Call for Submissions for the Sale of Vehicles by Written Auction

Vehicles with serial numbers 1, 3 and 5 are not subject to the VAT Act.
The price of vehicles number 2 and 4 includes VAT.
The vehicles in question are located in the CGES AD car park – Podgorica 1 Substation – Zagorič.
Interested buyers can view the vehicles every weekday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., from 09.09.2016 to 19.09.2016., until 11:00.
The vehicles in question are sold as seen and without any right to a subsequent claim.
The right to participate in the auction is reserved for legal entities and individuals who pay 10% of the vehicle's starting price into the designated bank account.ačun CGES AD account no. 530-16413-50, at NLB Montenegro bank (with a note for the deposit for participation in the tender).
Successful bidders at the vehicle auction will have their funds refunded, while for the buyer, i.e. the bidder who offers the highest price, these funds will be credited towards the purchase price of the vehicle.

Time and place for submission of the offer:
Tender offers should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: for the call for tenders for the sale of vehicles for the needs of CGES AD, by written auction and >>DO NOT OPEN<< before the official session of the Tender Opening Commission.
The basic information about the bidder (name and address) must also be stated on the envelope.

or directly to the CGES AD archives by 11:30 a.m. on Monday, 19 September 2016, in a sealed envelope.
Public opening of bids:
The public opening of tenders will be held after the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders, on 19 September 2016 at 12:00 časova u prostorijama CGES AD, 18 Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog, Podgorica.
Offers submitted after the specified deadline, as well as those that are incomplete in terms of providing the evidence required by this Invitation, those that are not sealed, and those that are below the starting price, will not be considered.
The participant who offers the highest price is declared the Buyer.
If two or more bidders offer the same price, the bids will be auctioned on the spot.
The successful buyer is obliged to conclude the Purchase Agreement within 3 days of the opening of bids.
The buyer must pay the agreed amount in full within 3 days of the date of the contract.
Collection of the vehicle will take place after payment of the agreed amount.
The buyer is obliged to collect all vehicles within 7 days of the date of payment of the agreed amount.
If the selected customer cancels the contract, the amount paid will not be refunded.
