Due to the very serious epidemiological situation, the travel restrictions to, from, and within Montenegro, as well as the ban on gatherings and meetings in Montenegro as prescribed and regulated by the Government of Montenegro and the CGES administration, we inform you that in-person attendance at the bid opening will not be possible. A video link will be provided for interested parties who wish to participate in the online opening. In this way, interested parties will be able to follow the tender opening.
