CGES and the consortium of companies Saga – Podgorica, NPS – Belgrade and Čikom - Podgorica signed in early November a contract for the supply and implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and DMS (Document Management System) system, worth almost 1.4 million €
Although CGES’s processes have been mostly automated so far, by purchasing the ERP Microsoft 365 Business Central we obtain a software system for managing business processes that will allow our company to use an integrated application system and its parts. In a word, ERP will allow CGES to manage all resources in an efficient way, while the DMS, as a software system for managing documents, will perform electronic storage, monitoring and management of business documents. More than a 100 employees will be engaged on the implementation of this project.
