Vesna Bracanović re-elected as Chair of the CGES Board of Directors

Today, the tenth ordinary General Assembly of the Montenegrin Electricity Transmission System AD was held in Podgorica, at which shareholders unanimously adopted the CGES's report on its activities for the past year and the financial statements with the independent auditor's report.

As regards the Decision on the distribution of CGES's net profit for 2018, which amounts to EUR 4.2 million, it was decided to add to the unallocated, i.e. Accumulated profit from previous years.

For the CGES auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers was selected for 2019.

During the continuation of the Assembly, the shareholders discharged the members of the CGES Board of Directors and subsequently elected new members. Alongside Vesna Bracanović, State representatives are: Tamara Ivković, Zoran Miljanić, whose mandates have been renewed i Kemal Omerović, a new member of the Board of Directors. Terna has also appointed two representatives – Giovanni Cerchiarini i Carla Crea, the current members of the CGES Board of Directors, while Electricity Grid of Serbia and in this term, represent Jelena Matejić.

On the same day in Podgorica, the constitutive session of the CGES Board of Directors was held. Vesna Bracanović,dipl.ek., was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the CGES, while the deputy president of this body Giovanni Cerchiarini.
