National Dispatching Center
National Dispatching Center (NDC) is an organizational part of CGES responsible for operational control over the electric power system. For that purpose, the Center is equipped with up-to-date equipment for data acquisition from all network facilities. Control over system elements and power and frequency regulation are based on SCADA system, completely developed and implemented by its own capacities.
Monitoring and system control is performed permanently (24/7) from the NDC control room. The Operational Management Department, plan and development of electric power system, as NDC focus, directly provides a coordinated and safe system work. Support in implementation of permanent monitoring is provided by the Department for Development and Exploitation of Secondary and Information Systems and Telecommunication Department.
